At The House of Bread we love to get people in touch with their creative side and so whether you are staying with us or a local we are delighted to announce our New Bread Classes for 2017 at The House of Bread and Hot Pot Pottery.
We have teamed up with Dede Liss who is an experienced Artisan Bread Making tutor to run the classes and you will be making and cooking your bread in the cosy tea-room space at Hot Pot Pottery (The House of Bread).
Dede is passionate about helping people to learn how to make really good bread in a ‘hands on way’ easy to replicate at home. Her courses are fun and interesting and full of great tips on making authentic artisan style bread.
Dede was a founder member of the Forest Bakehouse; the first artisan bakery in the Forest of Dean and we are delighted to have her to help bring Bread Making Back to The House of Bread.
